About

The people behind the system.

Minchin is built by a small team that builds what it delivers, then sticks around to run it.

Vision

Businesses where technology carries the workload, and people keep the judgment.

Mission

To design AI-powered systems that support people, not replace them, freeing time for the work that matters.

The name

The name is the method

Minchin is one word for two moves. First a direction, then an engine, the same two metals forged into the mark. Direction first, because movement without a target is wasted effort. Then the engine that turns direction into revenue.

MIN

The direction.

  • Momentum: create movement; nothing changes until something starts moving.
  • Intent: define the purpose; a target for the movement to reach.
  • Navigation: turn that purpose into a plan worth following.

CHIN

The engine.

  • Conversion: turn interest into action; close the gap to revenue.
  • Human: technology serves people; systems built around real behavior.
  • Intelligence: AI as the multiplier; data and judgment inside the system.
  • Network: no system works alone; connect the tools into one.

Who built the business

Aiza Pereira

Aiza Pereira

Founder & CEO

With over 18 years of experience since 2007, I’ve built a career at the intersection of operations, leadership, and technology strategy, long before “automation” became a buzzword. That foundation led me to found Minchin, an AI partner built on one belief: we build systems that build your business.

At Minchin, everything follows a simple principle: direction first, engine second. I guide businesses through an Attract → Convert → Automate → Optimize framework, building visibility systems, AI-driven conversion tools, and automation layers using n8n and Claude, so growth doesn’t depend on adding headcount. My operations background shapes how I approach every engagement: audit first, map the plan, then build. Never automation for its own sake.

I also bring hands-on web development skills, building websites and digital properties that integrate seamlessly with the backend systems I design, so clients get one cohesive strategy instead of disconnected tools.

What sets my approach apart is systems thinking. I don’t just implement technology. I connect people, process, and platforms into one operating network that a business actually owns and can scale with. Strategy leads, technology follows, and the result is infrastructure that compounds, not campaigns that fade.

We build systems that build your business.

Co-founder & Head of Client Acquisition

I’m Co-founder and Head of Client Acquisition at Minchin, where I own the strategy and execution behind bringing new clients into the business. With 7+ years of experience across B2B, technical, and financial services industries, I’ve built a career mastering the full client acquisition lifecycle, from cold outreach and lead qualification to high-converting discovery calls.

I’m skilled at building pipelines using premium sales intelligence platforms, running outbound campaigns that consistently turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities, and coaching outreach teams to perform at a high level. As a co-founder, I apply that same hands-on, results-driven approach to growing Minchin, treating every client relationship as a pipeline worth building right from the first conversation.

At Minchin, my focus sits at the front of the system we build for every client: Attract and Convert. Before automation can compound anything, there has to be a steady flow of the right conversations coming in. That’s the piece I own, using the same cold-outreach and sales-intelligence discipline I’ve spent 7+ years refining.

I believe growth shouldn’t depend on hiring another rep every time pipeline dries up. That’s why I work alongside Aiza to fold client acquisition into the same systems thinking that runs the rest of Minchin: repeatable outreach, qualified conversations, and a handoff to the automation layer that keeps the business compounding, not just busy.
